(Starting this year, there is a new policy for field trips – a $2 nonrefundable service fee is required to sign-up. Our last two field trips have only been at 50% capacity even though all seats were confirmed. When people sign-up but not show up, it not only denies other members the opportunity to participate, it also costs us money for the lunches that are provided. The $2 fee is just to ensure people follow through with their commitment. You can RSVP by phone or email, but only when you provide the $2 fee will you be moved to the confirmed list. Thank you for your understanding as we work to provide more access to clients. )
